Welcome to The Control Room ("the Game", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Game. If you are a minor, you need a parent/guardian's permission and they accept these Terms on your behalf.

2. Accounts & Usernames

You sign in with Google and choose a unique in-game username. You are responsible for activity under your account. Your username must not impersonate others, infringe rights, or contain unlawful or offensive content. We may reclaim or change usernames that violate these Terms.

3. Virtual Items & Currency

Berries (in-game currency), items, shards, and tickets are licensed digital content with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash and have no value outside the Game. We may modify, balance, or remove virtual items at any time. Trading or gifting between players is a feature of the Game and not a sale of property.

4. Random Mechanics

Some features grant items randomly (e.g. hunting). Outcomes are determined by the Game and the items have no cash value. The Game is for entertainment and is not gambling.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium subscriptions and tickets are sold for real money via our payment provider (PayU). Prices are shown at checkout. We do not store your card details. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. User-Generated Content

Subscribers may submit custom art. You confirm you own or have rights to what you upload, and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display and distribute it within the Game with credit to you. Do not upload content that is infringing, illegal, hateful, sexual involving minors, or otherwise prohibited. We review submissions and may reject or remove any content.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, attempt unauthorized access, harass others, or disrupt the Game. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimers & Liability

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of virtual items or progress.

9. Changes & Termination

We may update these Terms or the Game at any time. Continued use means you accept the changes. We may suspend or end the Game or your access.
