Refunds

This policy covers paid purchases in The Control Room (premium subscriptions and tickets), processed via PayU.

1. Digital Goods

Subscriptions, tickets, and any premium benefits are digital products delivered instantly to your account on successful payment. Because they are delivered immediately and may be consumed in-game, they are generally non-refundable once delivered, except as stated below or as required by applicable law.

2. When We Do Refund

We will refund you for:

Duplicate charges — you were charged more than once for the same order.
Failed delivery — your payment succeeded but the subscription/ticket was not credited to your account.
Unauthorized charges — a payment you did not authorize.

Contact us within 7 days of the charge with your order/ payment reference and we will investigate. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

3. No Refund For

• In-game currency (berries), shards, or items, including those obtained randomly.
• A subscription period that has already started or been used.
• Tickets that have been redeemed, gifted, or traded.

4. Cancellation

You can stop future charges at any time — your premium access remains active until the end of the period you already paid for, and is not prorated. To cancel or request a refund, contact us.
