This Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it when you play The Control Room.
When you sign in with Google we receive your email address and basic Google profile (name and avatar). You also provide an in-game username. We store your gameplay data (inventory, currency, progress) and any custom art you submit. Payment details (card/UPI) are collected and processed by our payment provider — we never see or store them.
To run your account and the Game, save your progress, process subscriptions and ticket purchases, credit creators, prevent abuse, and improve the Game.
We share data with processors that run the Game on our behalf: Supabase (database, auth, storage), PayU (payments), Vercel (hosting). They process data only to provide their services.
Your username, avatar, leaderboard ranking, and any custom art you create are visible to other players.
We keep your data while your account is active. You may request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your profile and gameplay data.
We use essential cookies for authentication (keeping you signed in). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
The Game is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from them.
We take reasonable measures to protect your data but no system is perfectly secure. Questions: Contact us.
